We are an online only women’s clothing boutique. We understand the hassle and frustration of trying on multiple pieces at department stores, only to wait in lines to check out. Our easy-to-navigate online shop removes the hassle and makes shopping what it should be...enjoyable!
What sizes do you offer?
We think it’s necessary to include all the fabulous women out there, and our curvy collection is something we are so excited to offer! Currently, we carry sizes small to 3XL!
How do I know my new clothes will fit just right?
Don’t worry, we’ve got you! All of our clothes fit true-to-size. If they feature a special design or unique cut, we’ll be sure to mention that in the product description and let ya know if you should size up or down from your normal size.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is complete and processed, we’ll send you an email with your order information. If you have any further questions about your order and shipment details, go ahead and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 24 hours for a response.
I’m excited! How soon will my order arrive?
If you place your order during our shipping hours of M-F between 8am EST - 2pm EST, we try to ship it that same day! We do ship USPS, and estimated shipping is 5-7 days. For a full list of detailed shipping information, please visits our Shipping & Returns page.
What if I something I purchased doesn’t work for me? Can I return it?
While we hope you love everything you order from us, we know returns sometimes happen. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase with tags still attached and no visible wear, stains, excessive pet hair, or smells on items. Do you offer any discount codes?
We offer 10% off of your first order when you become a VIP member! Once you’re one of our VIPs, you’ll be the first to see our new arrivals and receive special sale notices and discount codes.
I want to become a VIP. What benefits will I receive by signing up?
We do! At the bottom of our online store, you can sign up to become a VIP Member. We just ask for your email address, and then YAY, you’re part of the family!

Do I need an account to shop at Urban Elements Boutique?
You don’t need an account to shop with us. However, having an account keeps your information, such as your shipping address, safely stored in our system; making the checkout process easier for you!

Oh no! We’ve all been there. Luckily, we’ve got you covered. If you forgot your password, simply navigate to your login page.
